Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK via Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Because everything is small batch and often made to order, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch, on top of courier delivery time. We'll always tell you at checkout if a particular item is going to take longer.

Wherever possible, our packaging is recycled, recyclable, or both.
Jars are packed carefully to survive transit, but if something arrives broken or damaged, we'll do our best to put it right. See below.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or arrange a refund, whichever you'd prefer, and we won't ask you to pay for return postage on a damaged item.
Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, and to a further 14 days to send the goods back once you've cancelled.
There's an important exception for food. Once a seal on a food item has been broken, or the item isn't suitable for return for hygiene reasons, that right to cancel no longer applies.
In practice, this means:
-
Unopened honey can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the jar is unopened and in its original condition.
-
Opened honey can't be returned unless it's faulty or damaged in transit, for hygiene reasons.
-
Candles and other non-food items can be returned within 14 days, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll confirm the details and where to send the item. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage is your responsibility. Once we've received the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
